Craigslist.org easily allows individuals to sell their unwanted items online for no fee. Due to this fact, Craigslist could be called a one stop for everything imaginable, from clothes to video games to houses to beyond.

The main advantage that selling on Craigslist presents versus the idea of selling via the newspaper classifieds is that Craigslist.org is completely free. The user can also do more with their advertisement. For example, users can add multiple images to their advertisement, which is something that is rare in newspaper because of the pricing.

By selling items via Craigs list, the seller attract a wider audience. This means that the seller gains the attention of more potential clients than that of a single newspaper, for example, as not everyone reads the same newspaper. Another fact to remember is that people in the area the seller lives in may not be looking to purchase an item that the seller is trying to get rid of but someone in a neighbor hooding city may be desperately trying to acquire such an item.

To simply put it, selling items via Craigslist makes sense. Unless the person is trying to auction an item off (which is why eBay exists), then Craigslist.org is the ideal place for the persons selling needs.
