MySpace definitely has an advantage with music as its stronghold. MySpace is renowned as a platform for upcoming artists to connect with like-minded people by creating their own MySpace page. There are numerous pages on bands and artists who wish to display their talent. This site allows streaming of music which is the reason for its high demand. The artists are given full freedom to design the site as per their choice.
MySpace has a massive project in the pipeline that of a joint music venture with all the bigwigs and renowned labels which will host music streaming, playlists, ringtones, downloads, sales of products and various other things. This site will not only be the main stopover for all music buffs but also garner in good revenue for MySpace with some amount credited to the artists.
