For those who like meeting new friends on MySpace, one of the most crucial thing to do (other than making your profile public) in order to make your friend request accepted is to make your MySpace profile more interesting. One of the most popular methods to make a MySpace profile more interesting is to show or link to some funny videos. Showing or telling people your favorite funny videos can indirectly tell your friends-to-be a bit of your personality and if they like it, they'll probably be more interesting in getting to know you more

Another method to make your profile more interesting is to tell people some interesting facts. Don't simply choose interesting facts randomly, instead choose the ones that you like. Why? Well, like I said before everything you choose and show on your MySpace profile will reflect your personality and will help other people to get a glimpse of your personality.

Adding some funny videos and interesting facts also tells everyone that your profile is not just another SPAM type profile that only care the number of friends instead of the true value friendship. When, people see that you are really sincere and interested to meet and be friends with other people from around the world, you'll likely to get more people trying to add you as friends and not the other way round
