If you are using myspace for any business purposes then there are few things that you need to keep in mind as they can prove to be fatal mistakes. While using myspace never get carried away with the idea of using your personal banner or ad instead of that suggested by myspace.

Spamming or featuring irrelevant and obscene contents can be as harmful as termination of the myspace account. If you feel that myspace is not keeping a watch on the activity of the account then you are in a very wrong notion.

So stay away from the black hat techniques. They often come with the promise that you will be always on the safe side, as they know the loopholes that are not true in all cases.

Try and keep the interactions through myspace within a limit of 200 per day. Otherwise myspace can catch you as a seasoned spammer.
