Daimler Chrysler Opens a Call Center in India

Daimler Chrysler, a Germany-based corporation that is the thirteenth largest car manufacturer in the world, is going to establish an 80,000 sq. ft. center in south Chennai, India. The new inbound call center will provide the company’s customers with support services. It will reportedly house not less than 800 contact center agents, dealing both with Chrysler Financial sources and Chrysler auto operations.
Today the financial sector of Chrysler offers insurance programs and lease programs, as well as wholesale finance plans for dealers, retailers and wholesalers. In addition, the company supplies financial products and services to US, Mexico and Canada.
